Mountain View Park Community Club was formed as a non profit corporation on August 22, 1977 by Maynard Sundt and Harold Bower.
The lake is surrounded by 69 lots. The lake and community property is maintained with the annual dues paid by members.

Mountain View Park Community Club
at Lake Kayak is located in the foothills between Duvall and Monroe at about 1,000 feet in elevation. It is a private lake for community members and their guests. The Community has a private park where members gather to socialize and enjoy the lake. Only non motorized or electric motors are allowed on the lake.

Community Meeting June 13th at 2 PM
Come on down to the park on Saturday June 13th to join us for the annual meeting. We will catch up on the status of the Dam Project and discuss various community impacting matters.
If you want to join ahead of the meeting, we will be doing a bit of yardwork / park cleanup at 12:30.
This gathering is a great way to get to know your neighbors and participate in our community. We hope to see you there!
